The client a leading FMCG distributor, with over 100 mobile Sales vehicles and 100000+ customers wanted to automate and streamline their Mobile Sales and Distribution operations.

The solution involved developing mobile apps for field sales personnel & field supervisors to record field activities and communicates with head office system. The communication options of online or offline via 3G and Wifi were implemented. The solution is tightly integrated with the back office ERP.

We designed, developed and deployed an integrated mobile sales force management system to work with existing back office ERP application. Mobility was implemented using Android based smart phones, mobile printers & ODATA based services. Processes included Customer / Salesman Route Plan, loading of Schedule to mobile apps via Wifi, Recording of Field activities - order taking, Invoicing, collections etc. Currently the system is used by the company's branches in UAE and OMAN.
